PRIDCO PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company�s (�PRIDCO�) on-line customer relationship management site (the "Site") privacy policy regarding how PRIDCO and the Site treats personal information that the Site collects and receives, including information related to the use of the Site regarding viewing, payments, client information, employee statistics, sales figures, tax exemptions an incentives, staff information and/or any other use of the Site (collectively, the "Services"). Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, personal identification information, address, email address, financial information, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available and any other information voluntarily provided by you.
This policy only applies to the Site and people that PRIDCO employs or manages regarding the administration of the Site.

� PRIDCO collects personal information when you register with the Site, when you use the Services and when you visit the Site.
� When you register we ask for information such as your name, address, home telephone number, business telephone number, mobile telephone number, last four digits of your social security number, passport number or driver�s license number and any other identifying information which may be required, by PRIDCO, from time to time. Once you have registered with the Site, PRIDCO will provide you with a non-encrypted user name and password. Once you register with the Site and sign in to our Services, you are not anonymous to us.
� PRIDCO collects information about your transactions with us, including information about your use of the Services, the dates and times you access the Site, the version of the terms of use and privacy policy which you have accepted every time you log on to the Site, information collected through other means in connection with your dealings with PRIDCO and any other information, freely provided by you, which PRIDCO may choose to collect from time to time.
� PRIDCO will also collect financial and operational information such as import, export and employment data and revenue, production and payroll statistics, as provided by you, from time to time.
� In connection with any on-line promotion, you may be asked to provide us with environmental, planning and/or financial disclosures as well as information regarding corporate structure and governance, corporate constitutive documents, permits, among others.
� PRIDCO may also collect information regarding your bank account or any other financial account (i.e routing numbers, account numbers, financial institution, etc.), should you use PRIDCO�s online payment services.
� PRIDCO may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, PRIDCO cookie information, and the page you request.
� PRIDCO uses information for the following general purposes: fulfill your requests Services, improve our Services, generate statistics and contact you.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
� PRIDCO does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-government organizations except to provide the Services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
o We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
o We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of PRIDCO�s Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.

� PRIDCO may use web beacons to access PRIDCO cookies inside and outside our network of web sites and in connection with the Site�s Services.

� We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide the Services to you or in order to do their jobs.

� PRIDCO may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by posting a notice on the Site.
